I'm starting to experience with low carb baking. I found this recipe for Low Carb Gooey Skillet Brownie and tried it. It was pretty good but I have a couple of questions. First, it was a little dry. I think my oven may have been too hot and I overcooked it. Or is there something that I should add or increase to give it more moisture?Second, I think it needed a little more sweetness. I used Splenda but I don't want to add more because the more Splenda I use, the more I can taste the aftertaste. Is there another low/no carb option to add sweetness without the aftertaste in baking? I've tried Stevia and I don't like the taste. Any suggestions?
